We created a robust Build-A-Box flow on the site where parents can create custom subscription boxes for their children. This subscription box, powered by Awtomic, builds long lasting relationships with O'Farm’s customers, increasing their LTV with the brand.

To strengthen O'Farm’s customer retention rate and prevent churn, we created a robust subscription experience on Awtomic making it easy to swap items in their subscription, edit their delivery schedule, and add products to their order.

Guiding Parents in Selecting the Perfect Product Bundle

To navigate parents through O'Farm’s product line, we created a quiz that asks about their child’s age, dietary needs, how much they eat, and flavor preferences to curate the perfect products for their little one.

Increasing AOV Through a Seamless Cart and Checkout Experience

We implemented cross-sell and upsell moments throughout the site on the PDP, mini-cart, and checkout through Rebuy to increase their customer's AOV through personalized product suggestions.

Leveraging Email to Nurture O'Farm's Relationship With Their Subscribers
